MINO AGENCY is an agency for forward-thinking cultural professionals and institutions who aspire radical change.

We develop innovative, creative and sustainable strategies for inclusive organizations.

OUR SERVICES

We’ve had the pleasure to collaborate with a wide range of organizations in the cultural and creative sector. Whether you are a big institution or a small venture, we work with each of our clients to create impact on a personal, organizational and sectoral level.

  • Are you in need of a sustainable strategy on diversity and inclusion that goes beyond lip-service?

We offer different journeys for change management on diversity and inclusion.

This coaching trajectory is all about organizational collective learning and in-depth strategies that help you take action.

  • Move beyond concepts, ideas and good intentions. Create meaningful audience engagement programs and (online) content that builds community and makes an impact.

We innovate by developing custom-built engagement strategies of, by and for your audiences that create magical analog and digital experiences.

  • Our training and workshops are in-company or can be held in the inspiring environment of MINO ARTSPACE.

    Inclusive leadership

This program provides leaders with the tools they need to create inclusive teams and inclusive workspaces. Understand your leadership strengths and develop confidence in your potential for impact.

    Team impact

How to create or regenerate a team spirit that leads to more impact? This training combines elements of mindful communication and deep democracy, helping teams to gain tools for better collaboration, and to build ownership and agency.

    Co-creation processes & community building

Build community through equal, fair and transparent relationships. Get to know your audiences by applying a human-centered design approach, and connect through authentic communication both offline and online.

    Bias & decolonial training

Moving beyond bias, broadening perspectives and frameworks. Decolonisation as a long-term investment that requires ongoing thought, debate and discussion as to how it can enable actual change in museums and cultural institutions.
